Hasbro, Inc. recently launched a new toy and game recycling pilot program with TerraCycle, a leader in product recycling. During the pilot program, consumers can collect and send their well-loved Hasbro toys and games to TerraCycle, who will recycle them into materials that can be used in the construction of play spaces, flower pots, park benches, and other innovative uses.

With my little one being almost 10 months old, we are full on into solids!  While she mostly eats homemade food at home, I love the convenience of baby food pouches for when we are on the go and specifically Love Child Organics which is an organic and nutrition-focused brand.  As well, they are serious about sustainability and they just partnered with Terracycle, an eco-friendly recycling company.    So now, you can send your empty Love Child Organics packaging to TerraCycle (For FREE!) and they are remolded to make newly recycled products like benches, picnic tables and even playgrounds.

TORONTO – Nutrition-focused infant and toddler food brand Love Child Organics is now providing consumers a free, easy way to recycle its packaging. Through a new partnership with TerraCycle, Love Child Organics created the Love Child Organics Recycling Program to provide consumers a method of recycling their BPA-free pouches, snack wrappers and bags.

The seven-hour jam took place Saturday at TerraCycle’s headquarters here in New Jersey’s capital city. The event began with overcast skies that eventually burst with rain, starting with a drizzle that escalated into a brief shower alongside occasional roars of thunder.
