I have just the place for you to shop! TerraCycle, a company that collects difficult-to-recycle packaging and products and repurposes the material into affordable, innovative products has your back this summer and you will LOVE their products - I know I do!

A bin to collect these items has been placed in the foyer, behind the standard recycling bins near the front door. The items will be recycled by New Jersey-based Terracycle (www.terracycle.com). The Hillcrest Rec Center is located at 1978 Ford Parkway.

JTEKT Automotive is doing its part to keep cigarette waste out of the local landfill and waterways and off Morristown’s streets by sending it to recycling pioneer TerraCycle.

The program is sponsored by Terracycle, and Lyons discovered it through a website that offers other recycling programs. She saves the cigarette butts in a Folger’s can, tripled bagged and exiled to the porch to keep the odor away, and sends them off with a prepaid label when the can is full.

According to TerraCycle, Inc., Locust Grove Primary School, located on Route 20 in Orange County, was one of the top five collectors of recycled items this year.

Terracycle, Inc., a Trenton, N.J.-based recycling company, recently held a nationwide contest called Elmer’s Annual Classroom Cleanout Contest. With 1,822 pieces of waste shipped to the company, Hillcrest was one of five schools that won a bonus donation to their school, which they will use for their Outdoor Classroom project.

But Northern Safety and Industrial is doing their part to keep cigarette waste out of the local landfill and off Utica's streets by sending it to recycling pioneer TerraCycle. Since they started in February, Northern Safety and Industrial employees have collected about 24,854 butts from cigarette receptacles in their smoking areas.

Some of the products they make just amazed me, I love the idea of reinventing old unused items, so I was very excited to be able to review these items.
