GARDNERVILLE, Nev. – Trinity Lutheran Preschool students earn money and prizes for their school by collecting and recycling drink pouches used in the lunchroom and at home.

Together, sisters Wanda Hornsby and Juanita Dunlap share nearly 60 years of teaching experience at Malesus Elementary School.

K. R. Hanchey Elementary School students earned money and prizes for their school by collecting and recycling drink pouches used at home and in the lunchroom.

Fresno elementary school students earned nearly $3,500 by collecting more than 70,000 drink pouches during a recycling program sponsored by Capri Sun and TerraCycle.

PERRYSBURG - Frank Elementary School's Recycling Team has just reached the second level of TerraCycle and Capri Sun's Drink Pouch Brigade milestone contest by collecting more than 18,000 drink pouches. The students have earned nearly $800 for their school by collecting the drink pouches.

Capri Sun drink pouches are always recyclable, but they are reusable. The trick is to get the pouches from children’s happy hands and into the manufacturing process so that pouches can be remade into useable products.

MOES recently reached the first level of TerraCycle and Capri Sun's Drink Pouch Brigade milestone contest by collecting more than 10,000 drink pouches.

Students at Zeeland Christian School earned money for their school and helped protect the environment by collecting more than 18,000 drink pouches to be recycled. This is the third year the school has participated in the Drink Pouch Brigade Milestonerecycling program.
