A coordenadora do Grupo Estratégico de Meio Ambiente (GEMA), Patricia Pereira, e a gerente do Sindicato das Indústrias de Itajubá (SIMMMEI), Sandra Márcia Cortez Ribeiro, participaram de um bate-papo com alunos da Escola Municipal São Sebastião que integram o Programa Mais Educação. O encontro, em 1º de dezembro, marcou o encerramento das atividades realizadas na escola ao longo de 2018.

The pet food industry has been making strides toward a more sustainable future, and helping lead the charge is Wellness Natural Pet Food. The brand announced Nov. 1 that it has recycled 100,000 pet food bags through its free recycling program with TerraCycle.

Local musicians are invited to attend a free recycle and restring event at Dietz Brothers Music in Manhattan Beach, CA on Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Sponsored by D’Addario and TerraCycle, musicians can bring any old instrument strings for recycling and get their electric or acoustic guitars restrung with D’Addario NYXL or Nickel Bronze Acoustic strings. Old strings collected during the event will be recycled through Playback, D’Addario’s free, national recycling program.
