Beauty and Personal Care Industry Leaders Gather During Annual Meeting to Envision a More Sustainable World for Beauty
More than 300 cosmetics and personal care products executives, suppliers and media professionals gathered last week at the Personal Care Products Council’s (PCPC) 126th Annual Meeting at The Breakers Palm Beach. As is tradition, attendees reflected on the beauty industry’s challenges and opportunities with a special focus this year on sustainability.
In celebration of the launch of PCPC’s sustainability initiative, including publication of the first ever industry sustainability report, this year’s meeting theme was Envisioning a More Sustainable World for Beauty. The program highlights important issues of the day, particularly around trust and reputation; environmental impacts; and social and economic issues driving public discourse.
