Grasse Elementary School last week, however, physical education teacher Audrey Coll and classroom assistant James Conwell strutted down the impromptu gymnasium catwalk, decked out in recycled materials like Capri Sun juice packs, plastic caps and newspaper, to the delight of giggling students.
