Want to recycle your writing instruments? Here's your chance. Newell Rubbermaid and Staples Canada have launched a national in-store recycling program for writing instruments. Newell Rubbermaid's Writing & Creative Expression global business unit (GBU), maker of some of the world's most recognized writing and marking brands such as Sharpie, Paper Mate, and Expo, offers consumers a chance to recycle their used writing instruments at all Staples Canada stores in partnership with TerraCycle, an environmentally responsible company that creates upcycled and recycled products from hard-to-recycle consumer waste.
